ServSafe® Classes for Pasco County
ServSafe® is a comprehensive training offered at many Extension
offices across Florida and in Pasco starting March 10, 2010.
This program provides the most up-to-date information and current
regulations. University of Florida county faculty teach the
program and can create a personalized training for your
establishment.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will
receive a Certificate of Achievement from the University of Florida
Food Safety and Quality Program.
Once you pass the ServSafe® Manager's Exam, you will receive a
National Certification valid for five years.

If you take the ServSafe® course, please check the following before coming to class:
- Time of registration
- Time class starts
- Time of lunch
- Approximately time test is given
- You must preregister and pay online or through the University of Florida
- read book prior to class
- Class is a review of material covered in text book by certified instructo
- Bring photo identification and #2 pencils
- Certification is good for five years
